A specialist in startups and turnarounds, Bob has been responsible for or consulted on strategy, content development, marketing, sales and management at local media outlets in New York City, Nashville, Seattle, Cleveland and more. He also has experience with national radio networks as a producer and director of programming for the Grammy Awards, Country Music Awards, the Garth Brooks Double Live radio simulcast and more.
U.S. media companies that have benefitted from Bob's expertise include Clear Channel Radio, Bonneville International, MJI Broadcasting, South Central Communications, Horton Broadcasting, First Broadcasting, ABC Radio Networks and United Stations Radio Networks. Internationally, Bob has worked with GWR Radio in England and Radio Basilisk in Switzerland. He taught broadcasting in the Czech and Slovak Republics shortly after the fall of the Berlin Wall.
Online, Bob has done product rollouts for Thomas Dolby's Beatnik.com and Gen2Media's digital video publishing platform and developed a consumer website strategy for United Stations Radio Networks programs such as Nights With Alice Cooper and HardDrive.
Bob's awards include "General Manager of the Year" from Clear Channel Radio and a Promax Silver Medallion for marketing and promotion. He also has been honored with numerous nominations from Radio Ink, Billboard, Radio & Records, The Gavin Report and the National Association of Broadcasters.
